The bankruptcy law firms Leiderman Shelomith, P.A. and Alexander + Somodevilla, PLLC have merged to form Leiderman Shelomith Alexander + Somodevilla, PLLC.  The firm has offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Leiderman Shelomith Alexander + Somodevilla, PLLC concentrates its main practice in corporate and consumer bankruptcy and insolvency law.  Related and ancillary practice areas include student loan law and real estate law.  Partners of the firm have a combined 60 years of bankruptcy law experience and purposely limit their main practice to bankruptcy so that their focus can be on providing their clients with the individual attention they deserve and in an efficient and effective manner. The firm represents debtors, creditors and trustees in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases.  The firm also represents assignors and assignees in Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors proceedings, as well as third parties in all aspects of insolvency matters.  Additionally, attorneys at the firm have years of experience in student loan law matters and provide unique and custom-made solutions for student loan issues affecting borrowers .

The attorneys at Leiderman Shelomith Alexander + Somodevilla, PLLC have strong ties to the South Florida legal bankruptcy community.  Partners of the firm, Ido J. Alexander and Zach B. Shelomith, are both officers of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida, with Ido J. Alexander becoming President of the organization, and Shelomith becoming First Vice President on July 1st.
