Since the Bankruptcy Bar Association was first organized in August 1981, there have been several siginifcant amendments to its bylaws. At present the Operations and Information Technology Committee is working diligently to convert the existing bylaws to be featured in this area of the website. At present the Association is set to vote on the latest amendment to the bylaws. The proposed changes to the bylaws pertain to the committee structure. As part of the President’s mission to involve more of the members, especially the younger attorneys, the Bylaws were adapted to expand the committee’s responsibilities. Furthermore, additional clarifications of the committees functions were added.
