Tax issues and bankruptcy often collide leaving many bankruptcy lawyers either very excited or very stressed. For many bankruptcy lawyers, having a working relationship with the United States Attorney’s Office and the Internal Revenue Service professionals who represent the government’s interests in bankruptcy court is essential. This panel will discuss how to work with the IRS in and out of bankruptcy court to ensure that your clients rights are best protected.

She has been employed with the Internal Revenue Service since1998 as a contact representative and joinedInsolvency as a specialist in 2005.
