About the Program:
Tax issues and bankruptcy often collide leaving many bankruptcy lawyers either very excited or very stressed. For many bankruptcy lawyers, having a working relationship with the United States Attorney’s Office and the Internal Revenue Service professionals who represent the government’s interests in bankruptcy court is essential. This panel will discuss how to work with the IRS in and out of bankruptcy court to ensure that your clients rights are best protected.

Raychelle was appointed to her role to exclusively represent the United States and its interests in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings throughout the Southern District.Prior to this role, Raychelle was a restructuring associate in the New York office of Kirkland & EllisLLP where she represented debtors in complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Eliza Mullins is an Insolvency Manager in Jacksonville, Florida since 2019. She has been employed with the Internal Revenue Service since1998 as a contact representative and joinedInsolvency as a specialist in 2005.
