Join us for a guided and comprehensive review of the new final rule promulgated by the United States Trustee Program for completing uniform periodic reports in non-small business chapter 11 cases on August 18, 2021 from noon to 1:00 p.m. The new final rule took effect on June 21, 2021, and the new forms must be used for reports filed as of July 21, 2021 and thereafter.
Assistant U.S. Trustee Guy Van Baalen and Nancy J. Gargula, United States Trustee, Region 10, will provide helpful information to practitioners representing debtors, creditors and trustees in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases regarding the new Rule and forms and their completion, filing and service. The uniform forms, and instructions for their use and filing (which may be periodically updated) are available on the USTP’s website: https://www.justice.gov/ust/chapter-11-operating-reports.

All non-small business chapter 11 debtors with cases pending as of June 21, 2021, or filed thereafter must use these two new forms. The USTP encourages all chapter 11 practitioners to go to the website and become familiar with the new forms for use in non-small business cases and in advance of the seminar.
