MIAMI – OCTOBER 12, 2015 – SARDI LAW, PLLC is a boutique law firm in Coral Gables, Florida dedicated to providing clients with personalized service in select areas of law. SARDI LAW provides practical legal advice to individuals and businesses in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, insolvency, reorganization and restructuring, and has represented debtors, trustees, creditors, and other parties in interest in bankruptcies under Chapters 7 and 11 cases. The Firm also represents assignors, assignees, and creditors in assignments for the benefit of creditors (a type of state court insolvency proceeding in Florida), as well as receivers and other parties in both state and district court receivership proceedings. Additionally, the Firm represents clients in general commercial and corporate law as well as complex commercial litigation matters, including legal and accounting malpractice, officer and director liability, contractual disputes, fraudulent and preferential transfers, and debt collection.
SARDI LAW primarily serves clients in South Florida and cities including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Boca Raton, Pembroke Pines, North Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Tallahassee and throughout Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach Counties.

Mr. Sardi practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, insolvency, reorganization and restructuring, general commercial and corporate matters. Mr. Sardi has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers and as a “Legal Elite” by Florida Trend magazine. Mr. Sardi was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Shepard Broad College of Law of Nova Southeastern University in the same year. He earned a Bachelors in Business Administration, cum laude, in 1985, and later a Masters in Business Administration from the same school in 1987, from the University of Miami School of Business.
Mr. Sardi was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and raised in Miami, Florida since 1979. He is fully fluent in Spanish, and conversational in Portuguese.
