Steven S. Newburgh and McLaughlin & Stern, LLP are pleased to announce that Mr. Newburgh has re-joined as a Partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Mr. Newburgh will continue his bankruptcy practice, primarily on behalf of creditors and trustees and will again become an integral part of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Restructuring Group, based in New York City. Mr. Newburgh is Chair of the BBA Pro Bono Committee for Palm Beach County.
